CURRENCY
AND TAXES
Since our company
is based in Canada, all transactions are in Canadian Dollars. A
5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged on all orders shipped
to Canadian addresses. Our Lucky Baby Gift Box requires an additional
Provincial Sales Tax of 7%.
For
goods shipped outside of Canada, please note that you may be charged
customs, duty or local taxes, depending on the customs regulations
in your country, when the package is delivered.
SHIPPING
Our products
are shipped using Canada Post, which offers a variety of shipping
options in Canada, the US and overseas. When you place your order,
you will be able to select the speed and cost of shipping with Canada
Post's delivery service.

Shipping for purchases over $75!
offers free standard shipping to all addresses in North America for
any purchase over $75. So shop shop shop! Orders will be shipped via
Canada Post Expedited service, and estimated delivery time is 5 to
21 days.

IT UP!
At checkout,
let us know if the item you’re ordering is a gift and we’ll
wrap it for you. Tell us your message and we’ll write it on
a gift card and add it in the package. We will not include any pricing
information in the package.
EXCHANGES
Babytease strives
to make our customers happy so you come back for more. If you're
not satisfied with your purchase(s), we will exchange your product
within 14 days from the date you receive your Babytease clothing.
Note:
if you purchased our product from another retailer, it must be returned
to that retailer. The product is subject to the return policy of
the original retailer.
Process
for exchanging Babytease products purchased at our online store:
1.
Email us! Send an email to onlineexchange@babyteasewear.com and
tell us the following:

Your name

Address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code

Telephone number (daytime)

email (if different from the one you use to send your request)

Description of product (ex. Pink iPood onesie)

Date of your purchase and order number if known.

Describe the product you would like to receive in exchange
for the one you are returning. As we don't process cash refunds,
this item must be of equal or greater value than the product
you would like to exchange. If the item you choose costs more,
we'll charge you the difference.
Please
ensure you send us this information so we can process your return
quickly. Our online returns department will contact you with an
email confirmation that your request has been received. We will
email you a return authorization number and a standardized label
that should be used on the package you are returning to us.
2.
Prepare your parcel to be shipped. Complete the standardized label
and attach it to the outside of your parcel. Please ensure the product
is properly packaged so it is returned undamaged. Parcels must be
shipped pre-paid. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail
and we cannot accept COD deliveries.

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, Babytease will send
your replacement product and notify you by email. We will provide
information on the shipper and tracking number so that you can track
your product. Babytease will ship the replacement product to you
at our cost. If you have any questions or comments about our return
policy, please email us at info@babyteasewear.com.
ORDER
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE
To cancel or
change an order once you have gone through checkout, please call
or email us immediately.
Please
provide the order number you received during checkout and the date
of the order. If we have already sent the order, we will have to
follow our exchange procedure.
Terms
and Conditions of Exchanges (the legalities)
Items are shipped
to you on approval, and legal title to the goods will not pass to
you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt
of the returned goods Babytease will send you an item in exchange.
You must return the goods to Babytease Wear in new and unused condition
to receive an exchange.
